AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Best Ball Team Builder ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website https://www.bestballteambuilder.com and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Best Ball Team Builder is a web-based fantasy football draft companion and portfolio management tool for NFL best ball leagues. Users can analyze, track, and manage their draft portfolios, import teams via CSV upload, and access in-season scoring updates. The Services are provided on a free tier with limited features and a paid Pro tier with expanded features.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@bestballteambuilder.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not share your account login credentials with others. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

PRO ACCESS AND PURCHASES

Best Ball Team Builder Pro ("Pro") is a seasonal product available as a one-time purchase for each NFL season. Pro access is not a subscription and does not automatically renew. Access expires at the end of the applicable NFL season regardless of when the purchase was made. Pro access is non-transferable.

All purchases are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing for future seasonal products at any time.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are available within 10 days of purchase. To request a refund, email info@bestballteambuilder.com with your Stripe receipt or the email address used for purchase. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days. Upon refund, Pro access is immediately revoked.

NEW YORK BILLING ADDRESSES

New York billing addresses are not currently supported for Pro purchases. Attempted purchases with a New York billing address may be refunded.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash App Pay, Affirm, and cryptocurrency payments, all processed through Stripe. All payments are in US dollars.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Best Ball Team Builder and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as incidental to normal use of the Services for their intended purpose.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

• Use the Services to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
• Sell or otherwise transfer your profile or account.
• Share account login credentials with others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Services.
• Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Use any automated means (including bots, scrapers, or spiders) to access the Services or collect data from the Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Attempt to reverse engineer any portion of the Services.

DATA AND ACCURACY

The data, statistics, projections, and analytics provided through the Services are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Fantasy football involves inherent uncertainty, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that any decisions made using the Services are at your own risk.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Underdog Fantasy or the National Football League (NFL).

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall best ball team builder be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the services.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation for a period of at least 30 days. If informal negotiation does not resolve the dispute, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of New York. If a dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, it shall be litigated exclusively in the courts of the State of New York.

You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Services must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Best Ball Team Builder and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
